LOVE IT! This was my favorite movie as a young girl!
| Julia451 chapter 1 . 6/9/2016
Another great scene. Effectively creepy. Provides a great explanation on why he bothered to close her door *and* why her first words to Curdie when he found them weren't, "Help!" but, "Look out!"

Hey, this was awesome. I can tell that you put real thought into this. You did a great job with keeping everyone in character, and the writing itself was pretty good as well. The quotes only added to it. Great job! I hope to see more from you in the future. Maybe a Froglip/Irene romance? One can only hope. :)

I'm speechless at how good this was.
I had just been thinking back to this movie this morning so I decided to take a peek and see if there had been any new stories in this section from the last time I checked which was admittedly not very recent and I'm blown away from what I've found.
I loved "Gone" when I first read it months ago and this just added to the sorrow you feel when reading it perfectly.
This review is probably very incoherent but to sum it up, I LOVED IT! and you should write more because you just awake emotions in people with a few simple phrases and sentences and the well placed word to give a brilliant effect.
In my faves.

Oh, this was brilliant! Very very good. You wrote Irene and Froglip very well. My heart broke for her: concerned that Froglip not hurt Curdie, and for her wondering if Curdie would even be upset finding her gone. (If he had been like that, not upset, I would have called him a blasted fool and smacked him upside the head a thousand times!) You capture so well the relationship between Irene and Curdie and how much they care for each other despite being so young. *sigh*
And I loved the quotes that opened and closed the story.
Wonderful job done. Thanks so much for sharing!
